Global workforce platform — China market from zero. Localized the site, launched Baidu and Business WeChat, secured three in-market coverage partners, ran 45 customer meetings, 25 executive events, and three major trade shows. Contributed to more than 60 signed contracts and over 1,000 in-market leads in three months.
Demand generation rebuild across ~80 countries and four languages. Rebuilt the entire demand-generation infrastructure for a global workforce platform. Monthly qualified leads rose more than sevenfold — from about 50 to more than 360 within six months — while cost per lead fell about 70% and total commercial spend fell 23%.
CMO of one of the largest insurers in Latin America. Led a 45-person marketing, product, digital, and customer experience organization across three countries with eight direct reports and a $6 million budget. Launched an IoT auto-insurance product across three markets. Onboarded 9,000+ vehicles in six months. NPS rose from 55 to 72 across 300,000+ customers.

Every relationship in that track record was built on the ground, not from a distance. Team, budget, and number were mine.
Government contacts, enterprise C-suite networks, media and channel partners across Latin America and Southern Europe — built over 15 years of operating there, not from a directory.
I negotiate, present, and close in Spanish, English, and German without interpreters. That removes a significant source of friction, delay, and miscommunication in early-market conversations.
Each LATAM country has its own procurement norms, regulatory environment, and enterprise buyer behavior. I've navigated all of them firsthand — banks, insurers, SaaS, logistics, pharma.
I know which channels work in which markets, which partners are worth pursuing, and where companies typically lose the first six months. That knowledge compresses your timeline.
Tell me which markets you're targeting and where you're starting from. We'll figure out quickly whether I can help.
